User Management

This article outlines how to add, update, and deactivate users in PredictAP, as well as how to configure optional user settings such as Direct Delivery, Daily Digest Emails, Email Activity Reports, and Date Format.

Adding a New User

From the Dashboard, select Users from the left-hand menu.

Click Add User from the top of the page.

Complete the User Profile fields:

First Name

Last Name

Email Address

Direct Delivery (optional)

Click Save Profile Changes to apply your updates.

Once the user is created, review and update their individual settings as needed.

Updating an Existing User

From the Users page, select the user you want to edit.

Update the profile details or optional settings.

Click Save Profile Changes to confirm updates.

Deactivating a User

Users are active by default.

To deactivate, toggle the User Active setting to OFF and click Save Profile Changes.

Optional User Settings

Direct Delivery

Direct Delivery can be enabled or disabled at any time. This setting determines whether the user’s invoices are delivered directly into PredictAP.

Daily Digest Emails

When enabled, this feature sends a daily email summarizing all invoice activity for the day.

Disabled by default.

Typically used for users with AP process oversight responsibilities.

Can be enabled or disabled at any time.

Email Activity Report

Grants the user access to the Reports module in PredictAP to review invoices submitted via email.

Disabled by default.

Can be enabled or disabled at any time.

Date Format

Controls how dates are displayed within the PredictAP application.

Options include MM/DD/YYYY (default) and other formats.

This setting only changes display format; it does not affect how dates are predicted or submitted to the AP system.
