Issues? Let's Try Clearing the Cache

If you are experiencing issues like you're not seeing the invoices you expect to see or filters aren't clearing, try logging out and back in. If that still doesn't work, it could be because of your cache. This is the best step you can take to try and troubleshoot since it could be the result of old data being stored there that needs to be refreshed.

Below are how you can clear your cache on Chrome and Edge.

Chrome Instructions

Click the three dots in the top right, and then More Tools:

Click "Clear Browsing Data:

Adjust the settings here to account for the time period that includes when you first start seeing the issue and make sure the "Cached images and files" box is checked:

This will clear cache for ALL sites though. If you want to only clear data related to PredictAP, first, right click anywhere on PredictAP and then click Inspect:

This will open a new section where you want to click the Network tab. Click to check off "Disable Cache":

Reload the PredictAP site, and then uncheck that box. That will have cleared the cache!

Edge Instructions

In the upper right corner, click the three dots to open the Menu and click "Settings":

Click "Privacy, search, and services":

Click "Clear Browser Data" and then "Choose What to Clear":

On the menu, choose a time period that includes the time when you first started seeing the issue. Make sure "Cached images and files" is checked off. Then click "Clear now":

This will clear cache for ALL sites though. If you want to only clear data related to PredictAP, make sure PredictAP is open in your tab. Press F12. Click the Network option on the top:

Then click Ctrl + R key at the same time. That will remove cookies for the site and refresh the page.
