Ensure that each invoice is uploaded as a separate PDF document.
We highly recommend each invoice document be a PDF and include only a single invoice. With that said, the system will accept an email with multiple invoice PDF attachments.
PredictAP can detect when a single PDF contains multiple invoices. In the event this happens, the system will flag it as an exception as well as suggest where to make splits to separate records and deliver successfully.
