How are invoices captured and ingested into PredictAP?

Whether you’re using a custom smart inbox for auto-routing or uploading invoices manually, PredictAP offers flexible options to make getting invoices into the platform easy.

The most seamless and efficient means of getting invoices into PredictAP is by emailing them directly to your PredictAP environment. If your company has a centralized inbox for invoices, we can help set up an auto-forwarding rule to ensure invoices are routed automatically.

There is also the ability to manually upload the invoice to your PredictAP dashboard via the ‘upload’ button in the interface.

Note: Only users with registered PredictAP user accounts can email invoices directly to PredictAP (and not to an AP Inbox). This is for security purposes. Please reach out to your dedicated PredictAP CSM contact if you have more questions on this.
