PredictAP syncs GL accounts from Yardi every two hours. Only active GL accounts will appear in dropdowns and be used for predictions.

How PredictAP Syncs Active GL Accounts

PredictAP treats any GL account that is absent from the most recent sync as inactive, meaning it won't appear in dropdowns or be predicted.

If a GL account is configured in Yardi but missing in PredictAP, the account may not have been returned in the latest sync, rather than being explicitly marked inactive.

 

GL accounts sync from Yardi every two hours. Changes made in Yardi should appear in PredictAP within approximately 2–3 hours.
