Here are the password requirements for PredictAP, which are based on OWASP standards.
- At least 8 characters
- All characters are allowed, including Unicode and whitespace.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Must contain a letter and a number
- The same character cannot be used three or more times in a row
- Cannot be a block of numbers in a sequence beginning with 1, or a block of letters in a sequence beginning with a or A.
- Cannot be the same as your username
Your account will be locked after three consecutive failed login attempts within five minutes. You must then reset your password.
The password reset link is only valid for an hour. If the link has expired you will be prompted to create a new one:
